Supreme Court Nominee Sotomeyer Unwilling

Senator Jim DeMint said that during a meeting he had with Judge Sotomeyer she was "unwilling to say the Second Amendment protects a fundamental right that applies to all Americans, which raises serious questions about her view of the Bill of Rights."

I have my doubts that Obama would ever nominate a defender of the right to keep & bear arms, so unfortunately this bad news does not surprise me.

It would seem we are headed in the direction of losing some of our rights and I expect more disappoints to follow. Obama has demanded his commitments be pushed through congress at a rapid rate to overcome sensable discussion time that could allow for any contrary outcome. It may well be the 2nd amendment is the first to fall.

We have one thing going for us, and that is that Sotomeyer is replacing one of the far left justices who was on the loosing side of the Heller 2nd Amendment decision last year. The other thing is that there are many of us who are not willing to let the 2nd Amendment fall - there are enough of us that any government that were to try to go door to door taking guns would meet with severe resistance. It would definitely be the spark to ignite a revolution.

Bank Financing - Depending on your individual circumstances you might have the capacity to get an advance from your regular bank or credit union. This could be anything from a home value advance or home value credit extension, or an extra charge to your Mastercard. Be that as it may, by and large banks and credit unions will take quite a while to get endorsements through and you may not get supports rapidly enough. usapaydayloanstore.com/chicago
