AZ: Big Brother is Watching

As you know, I have no love for speed cameras. It turns out that it is even worse than I thought - yesterday I found out that Big Brother is already watching ALL drivers on Arizona Roads. The speed & red light cameras in Arizona are streaming live video 24x7 and the video is archived for a minimum of 90 days. DPS says not to worry, they only use the video to find hit & run drivers as well as to identify riders of stolen motorcycles, or to use it for anything else they feel like using it for. It's for your own safety, so shut your mouth & don't complain. Go ahead, give up a little liberty for a little imagined safety.

On the other hand, if you want to fight back, join other concerned citizens at camerafraud.com in the fight to restore our lost liberties. Our forefathers died securing & protecting our Liberty, don't trade it away like a piece of useless garbage in exchange for an empty promise.

If interested, you can watch the archive video of yesterdays House Transportation Committee hearing on HB 2106 which if passed would ban the use of cameras on Arizona Highways. It passed out of committee with a do pass recommendation by a vote of 5 in favor and 2 against.
